EMEA Regional Pharma Marketing Lead (m/f/d)

Location: Colmar, France; hybrid

Annual base salary: €76,500–€107,100

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support revenue growth across EMEA.
• Lead digital initiatives including webinars, paid media, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Use customer insights and campaign data to shape strategies and measure lead generation, engagement, and revenue contribution.
• Partner with sales teams to provide insights, content, tools, and sales enablement programs.
• Adapt global campaigns to regional needs and increase pharmaceutical portfolio visibility.
• Build thought leadership programs through digital channels.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Marketing experience with proven expertise in digital marketing and revenue generation.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.
• Strong track record of executing revenue-generating digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and understanding of the digital landscape.
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
