Manager, Field Marketing EMEA South & META (SaaS)

Location: Paris, France; on-site

Salary: €92,000–€115,000 estimated base salary, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own field marketing strategy across South EMEA and META, covering Spain, Italy, Israel, and the UAE.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of five Senior Field Marketing Managers and two Field Marketing Specialists.
• Partner with two Regional Vice Presidents and sales organisations on quarterly go-to-market planning and pipeline priorities.
• Oversee field events, executive experiences, Snowflake-led programmes, partner co-marketing, and third-party sponsorships.
• Connect marketing activities to qualified meetings, pipeline contribution, revenue influence, and regional reporting.
• Manage the consolidated budget, forecasting, spend tracking, ROI analysis, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or regional marketing within enterprise technology or SaaS.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience leading distributed, multi-country teams.
• Experience partnering with senior sales leadership, managing budgets, and analysing marketing ROI.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the region and work on-site in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Arabic, Spanish, Italian, or Hebrew language skills.
• Experience managing field marketing across Southern Europe and/or Middle East and Africa.
• Experience with major regional technology events such as GITEX.
• Background in cloud data, analytics, AI platform marketing, or GenAI tools.
• Experience mentoring marketers in distributed, multi-country teams.
