AI Product Director

What you will do

• Lead AI Product Managers in delivering agentic AI solutions with AI Solution Consultants, Engineers, and Architects.
• Define the AI product vision and portfolio strategy across domains.
• Make data-driven investment decisions using effort, value, unit economics, and margin analysis.
• Drive revenue, cost, margin, prioritization, and investment decisions across the AI Accelerator portfolio.
• Build reusable AI product assets that can be scaled across client accounts.
• Advise senior clients and internal leadership while mentoring and coaching the product management team.

Requirements

• AI-native experience building workflows, tools, or automations with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar AI tools.
• Significant experience owning strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for AI-enabled products or platforms.
• Experience developing AI Accelerators in client delivery environments while balancing account priorities and engineering capacity.
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and mentoring product managers.
• Strong commercial judgment, including investment cases, unit economics, margins, market research, and build-vs-buy or reuse decisions.
• Technical fluency in system architecture, technical trade-offs, and design discussions with engineers and architects.
