Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical Equipment)

Location: Peachtree Corners, Georgia, United States; onsite at the Atlanta facility

What you will do

• Configure, assemble, test, and validate transformer monitoring systems according to global standards.
• Develop and optimize assembly processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UK-based engineering and production teams on knowledge transfer and best practices.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and integration challenges and support supply chain and logistics coordination.
• Lead the hirify.global North America safety compliance program, including training, audits, and risk assessments.
• Promote continuous improvement and a strong workplace safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience leading or managing a safety program.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across teams.

• Experience assembling electrical equipment or working with industrial systems.
