Senior UX Designer (Data Science Tools)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remote

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise and Data Science tools.
• Design complex workflows, interconnected systems, user journeys, and edge cases.
• Run discovery activities including workshops, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Translate research, business, and technical requirements into clear design solutions using insights, analytics, and experimentation.
• Produce flows, wireframes, and prototypes while contributing to shared design systems and patterns.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Business teams, mentor colleagues, and help raise UX maturity.

Requirements

• Strong UX portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, rationale, and high-quality interaction design.
• Deep understanding of UX principles for complex, multi-journey systems and experience designing across interconnected products or services.
• High standards for usability, accessibility, and interaction design quality.
• Ability to use research, data, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in agile product environments and balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
