Operations Project Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; onsite or hybrid work

Salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain cross-functional project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate customer requirements and delivery commitments into actionable internal timelines.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Service activities.
• Track dependencies, critical-path activities, risks, issues, constraints, and recovery plans.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status reviews, schedule meetings, and leadership escalations.
• Improve project management practices, reporting, templates, and processes using lessons learned and project metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least five years of technical project management experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, particularly medical device manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across manufacturing, engineering, quality, R&D, supply chain, or service teams.
• Formal project management training or certification such as PMP.
• Experience with Sciforma, MS Project, JIRA, or similar project scheduling tools, and using project metrics to identify schedule risk.
