People Systems & Technology Partner (HR Technology)

Location: Hybrid, based in one of hirify.global's German office locations: Munich, Bremen, or Hamburg

What you will do

• Own the technical setup, configuration, and continuous improvement of HiBob.
• Configure workflows, permissions, access rights, fields, templates, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Design, build, maintain, and monitor integrations between HiBob and connected systems.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that reduce manual work.
• Support the People-side setup and improvement of Jira and the wider Atlassian environment.
• Partner with People, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors on architecture, changes, governance, and adoption.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring HiBob workflows, permissions, access rights, fields, templates, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of HR technology and employee lifecycle systems.
• Experience with system integrations, connected technology ecosystems, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience testing, implementing, and rolling out system changes, including ownership from identification through improvement.
• Fluent English is required for collaboration across hirify.global.
• Structured analytical thinking, ownership, proactivity, stakeholder collaboration, curiosity, and pragmatism.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira Service Management or other Atlassian products.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, Workato, APIs, or webhooks.
• Experience with change management, adoption, and moving from local processes toward global standards.
