Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Review vendor contracts for payment terms, auto-renewals, price indexation, penalties, minimum commitments, termination conditions, and currency exposure.
• Negotiate discounts, pricing, payment terms, and other financial conditions with international vendors.
• Manage the existing contract approval flow while maintaining short turnaround times.
• Analyze spending across marketing, employee events, SaaS, and IT services to identify duplicate tools, unused subscriptions, and savings opportunities.
• Track contract expirations and prepare renewals and renegotiations in advance.
• Recommend improvements to procurement policies, approval workflows, and spending thresholds.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or financial control.
• Strong analytical skills, including comparison models, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial models.
• Ability to read contracts, identify financial risks, negotiate with vendors, and deliver cost savings.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required because contracts and negotiations are conducted in English.
• Experience with international vendors across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

Nice to have

• Procurement experience in an IT company, including SaaS subscriptions, IT services, or licenses.
• Experience with NetSuite, DocuSign, Jira, or similar systems.
• Experience using LLMs and AI tools for contract review, spend analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to explain financial risks clearly to non-finance colleagues and manage a high volume of requests.
