DevOps Engineer (Azure/Kubernetes/IAM)

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain highly available IAM and infrastructure services in production.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads and Microsoft Azure services.
• Administer Linux systems and containerized applications.
• Support identity providers, authentication flows, authorization models, federation, SSO, and IAM integrations.
• Implement infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor platform health and security, respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience operating production systems with high availability and security requirements.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control, preferably Git.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, incident-management, documentation, and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• IAM experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, federation, identity providers, Keycloak, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Helm, Kustomize, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of security standards, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Experience designing backup, disaster-recovery, and business-continuity solutions.
• Relevant Azure, Kubernetes, Linux, or security certifications.
