What you will do

• Contribute to the development and publication of macroeconomic scenarios used for financial forecasting and capital adequacy assessments.
• Monitor scenario forecasts against actual results to support financial and capital planning.
• Research macroeconomic conditions and prepare trend data, recommendations, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with related teams to improve processes, documentation, sustainability, and information exchange.
• Support cross-training, team development, and the delivery of recurring reports and assigned projects.
• Follow department timelines, risk standards, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience, or an associate’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in economics, finance, or financial institutions.
• Good knowledge of finance and/or economics concepts and basic knowledge of banking.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Working knowledge of financial and economic data aggregation and management reporting tools.
• Role based in Buffalo, New York, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Power BI or Microsoft SQL.
