Engineering Manager (Microsoft 365)

Location: Hybrid role based at one of the following hirify.global facilities: Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona. Candidates must reside within a 180-mile radius of the assigned hub or corporate location and be eligible to work in the United States immediately. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $151,500–$198,250 per year, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 20% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead and develop engineering and technology teams supporting Microsoft Teams, Exchange, enterprise messaging, and collaboration services.
• Set product strategy, roadmaps, adoption plans, and lifecycle management for communication and productivity platforms.
• Partner with business, security, infrastructure, architecture, risk, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive service reliability, availability, performance, incident response, change governance, and operational support.
• Lead platform modernization, technology upgrades, Microsoft service escalations, and strategic vendor relationships.
• Improve employee experiences while developing talent, team culture, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering or technology teams in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and related collaboration technologies.
• Working knowledge of identity, security, compliance, automation, networking, cloud services, data stewardship, and information governance.
• Experience managing complex portfolios involving reliability, incident management, lifecycle management, vendor management, and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and communicate complex technical, security, privacy, compliance, and vendor topics to executive and governance audiences.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph APIs and emerging AI-powered workplace technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
