Program Finance Analyst 3 (Defense)

Salary: $82,300–$220,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Provide schedule and cost performance metrics using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or related processes.
• Support baseline development, charge numbers, work breakdown structures, and project-activity structures.
• Maintain program data in ERP or Cobra and prepare variance analyses, recovery plans, and risk and opportunity reports.
• Complete estimate-at-complete processes, time-phased estimate-to-complete updates, and financial planning and reporting packages.
• Develop program-level revenue forecasts, budgets, and five-year plans.
• Prepare financial inputs for program and quarterly business reviews and support invoicing, receivables, and funding status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of analyst or related experience.
• Proven expertise applying EVMS principles in daily operations.
• Knowledge of DoD program financial controls, federal acquisition regulations and standards including CAS, FAR, and DFARS.
• Knowledge of contract types including FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, and T&M, as well as revenue recognition.
• Current Secret security clearance required; selected applicants must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
