Senior Security Architect / Team Lead (Microsoft Security)

Location: Hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia. A valid working visa for Serbia is required.

What you will do

• Define security architecture and protection strategies across Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, and Purview.
• Design Zero Trust architectures covering identity, access, segmentation, devices, data, and workloads across Azure and hybrid environments.
• Lead SIEM/SOAR design and implementation, including detection rules, automated response playbooks, and security monitoring models.
• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, architecture reviews, and develop security standards and reference architectures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop security consultants and engineers while managing resources, quality, and project delivery.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on security risks, business recommendations, regulatory requirements, and pre-sales engagements.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing security architectures across the Microsoft security ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in Zero Trust, identity and access management, Conditional Access, PIM, segmentation, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR solutions, especially Microsoft Sentinel detection rules, automated playbooks, and security monitoring.
• Experience with security assessments, threat modeling, architecture reviews, security standards, and reference architectures.
• Experience leading security teams, managing resources and quality, and delivering projects within scope and timelines.
• Fluent or professional English and Serbian, written and verbal, are required.
