Senior Cyber Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Bitola, Banja Luka, Belgrade, Kragujevac, Nis, Novi Sad, Ohrid, or Skopje

What you will do

• Own and manage corporate business applications and related services.
• Coordinate L2/L3 support teams and serve as the escalation point for critical issues.
• Manage vendors, contracts, licenses, service-level agreements, budgets, forecasts, and service performance.
• Drive IT governance across LeanIX, ServiceNow, disaster recovery, backup, and SLA compliance.
• Lead security, risk, vulnerability management, SOX controls, audits, remediation, and OneGRC/Brinqa processes.
• Lead application migrations, transformation initiatives, and continuous service improvement while partnering with Director- and VP-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT Service Management and ITIL practices.
• Proven expertise in business application management, IT governance, controls, and SOX compliance.
• Experience in information security, risk management, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and LeanIX.
• Strong vendor, contract, service-level, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating IT projects, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
