TL;DR
Software Release Readiness Engineer (Automotive Cybersecurity): Responsible for software release readiness and product cybersecurity across radar platforms and client programs with an accent on embedded and perception software quality combined with ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155/R156 standards. Focus on managing software gates, vulnerability intake, compliance coordination, and driving quality decisions in automotive radar and perception systems.
Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid work options available

Develops radar and perception solutions, electronic products, and engineering services for autonomous driving, ADAS, industrial, and IoT applications.
What you will do
- Run software portions of D-14 and D-3 quality gates.
- Enforce regression testing, coverage, static analysis, and traceability.
- Manage SBOM, SCA/SAST, vulnerability intake, PSIRT SLAs, and remediation activities.
- Coordinate penetration-testing and fuzz-testing remediation with relevant teams.
- Interface with Safety and Security functions on cases and compliance requirements.
- Drive 8D investigations for software escapes and recommend Go, Go-with-conditions, or No-Go decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong experience with CI/CD and test automation.
- Exposure to ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155/R156.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with SCA/SAST tools.
- Ability to enforce software quality and cybersecurity controls across development and compliance activities.
