Production Planning Specialist

Location: On-site in Ancarano, Teramo, Italy

What you will do

• Oversee logistics processes and analyze materials to support local manufacturing and supply chain goals.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules.
• Collect logistics data and monitor inventory trends to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement supply chain strategies and accelerate product flow.
• Conduct cost analyses, forecast demand, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with supply chain and inventory standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Fluency in English and excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian.
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and build professional relationships.
• Strong focus, adaptability, and conflict-resolution skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Ancarano, Italy.
