Engineer, Equipment Engineering (Litho)

What you will do

• Maintain and improve lithography equipment quality, uptime, and cost performance.
• Monitor equipment performance indices and optimize preventive maintenance procedures.
• Resolve chronic and sporadic equipment issues and implement corrective actions and best-known methods.
• Coordinate with process and manufacturing engineers to meet module objectives efficiently.
• Manage maintenance parts logistics and allocated equipment-maintenance expenditure.
• Coach and mentor subordinates, maintain equipment knowledge, uphold 6S, and participate in continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Degree or master’s degree in electrical, electronics, chemical, microelectronics, physics, chemistry, or materials science engineering.
• At least 4 years of relevant process engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
• Strong statistical process control knowledge and experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Knowledge of process engineering software systems and manufacturing execution systems.
• Ability to work in a diverse work environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a semiconductor foundry or similar industry.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Meticulous approach and ability to learn quickly.
