ETL Engineer (Data Management)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work from home or the Dacia One office

What you will do

• Develop ETL flows in IBM InfoSphere DataStage from business requirements.
• Analyze data and design physical models for source ingestion, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Develop frameworks and packages with IBM Cognos Analytics and manage data in Oracle Exadata.
• Deploy packages and migrate code using Git and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Maintain Data Lake applications, monitor deliverables, manage incidents, fix bugs, and perform technical tests.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with DevOps engineers and Business Analysts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data management.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, SQL, and database concepts.
• Advanced English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
• Ability to work in Bucharest, Romania, in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
