Odoo Project Leader (Odoo ERP)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionality, and present solutions through demos and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, and HR, in collaboration with technical teams.
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing to validate solution quality and business alignment.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including delivery, deployment, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare cost estimates and technical feasibility assessments for project planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Full working proficiency in Ukrainian and English.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, and HR.

Nice to have

• Odoo certification.
• Project management experience or certification.
