Senior Business Analyst (Requirements & Stakeholder Communication)

What you will do

• Lead requirements analysis and create functional specifications, user stories, and story maps.
• Develop functional and technical documentation supporting project delivery.
• Gather business needs, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify and interpret requirements.
• Validate requirements, prepare and execute tests, and support solution quality.
• Use SQL queries and database modeling to support data-related deliverables and improve documentation standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a senior role.
• Strong expertise in requirements analysis, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Experience preparing and executing test documentation.
• French at C1 level and English at communicative/B2–C1 level are required.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and database modeling.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with story mapping and Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management.
