Senior Business Analyst (Requirements & Functional Specifications)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Create functional and technical documentation to support project delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and story maps with technical teams.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate solution quality and business fit.
• Use SQL queries and review database models to support data-driven analysis.
• Facilitate workshops, clarify scope, and provide ongoing analysis and stakeholder feedback during implementation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a senior capacity.
• Proven experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and story mapping.
• Strong functional and technical writing skills.
• French at C1 level and English at B2/C1 or fluent level.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and database modeling.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or related industries.
• Business Analysis certifications or relevant project management methodology certifications.
• Knowledge of Go.
