Manager, ServiceNow ITOM Engineer (ServiceNow)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid role requiring on-site work an average of 2.5 days per week or as needed. Travel may be required for business purposes, less than 5% domestically and/or internationally. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Ireland and the EU. No relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Build, configure, and maintain IT operations management processes and systems on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, and AIOps capabilities.
• Create and maintain patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with enterprise monitoring, alerting, and application management tools using out-of-box plugins and APIs.
• Troubleshoot ITOM systems, consume additional data sources into the CMDB, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the ITOM Product Owner with roadmap and release execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting or interfacing with IT application and infrastructure technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience administering, configuring, developing, integrating, upgrading, and continuously improving ServiceNow ITOM.
• Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one or more ITOM disciplines.
• Proficiency with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, and AIOps.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland and the EU, with the ability to work on-site in Dublin approximately 2.5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Certified Technical Architect certification.
• ITIL Foundation v4 or v5 certification.
• Experience writing, tuning, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries, functions, and procedures.
• Experience managing MID Servers and third-party ServiceNow integrations.
