Manager, ServiceNow ITOM Engineer (ServiceNow)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid, with on-site work an average of 2.5 days per week or as required

What you will do

• Configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM processes and systems according to architectural designs and standards.
• Work with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, and AIOps.
• Develop and configure patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with enterprise monitoring, alerting, and application management tools using out-of-box plugins and APIs.
• Troubleshoot ITOM issues, support CMDB data-source integration, manage MID Servers, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the ITOM Product Owner with roadmap and release delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting or interfacing with IT application and infrastructure technologies.
• At least 2 years of proven ServiceNow ITOM administration, configuration, development, integration, upgrade, and continuous improvement experience.
• Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one or more ITOM disciplines.
• Proficiency with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, and AIOps.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland and the EU.

Nice to have

• Certified Technical Architect certification.
• ITIL Foundation v4 or v5 certification.
• Experience writing, tuning, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries, functions, and procedures.
