Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Junior/Java

What you will do

• Develop Java code, frameworks, and tools for Shift-Left QA automation.
• Build and enhance microservices and REST API-based automation solutions.
• Debug complex software issues, improve application performance, and perform systematic refactoring.
• Collaborate with product owners, configuration specialists, software engineers, developers, test managers, and release managers.
• Own specific framework and tool components and contribute to agile process improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience with frameworks such as JEE, Spring, OSGi, or Angular.
• Experience with REST APIs and message-based systems, including XML and JSON.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges and collaborate with stakeholders and other teams.
• Strong written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Banking System experience.
• Automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or Jest.
• Performance testing tools such as Gatling, LoadRunner, or JMeter.
• Oracle database architecture and CI/CD pipeline integration experience.
• Cloud architecture and platforms including Kubernetes, containers, OCI, AWS, or Azure.
