Junior Network Security Engineer

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per month

What you will do

• Implement network micro-segmentation and traditional firewall rules.
• Configure and maintain firewall security policies using NSX-T, VCF9, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
• Support IT production environments by handling requests, incidents, and changes.
• Maintain operational and security documentation.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of network micro-segmentation and traditional firewall rule implementation.
• Understanding of firewall security rule configuration.
• Familiarity with IT production environments, including requests, incidents, changes, and documentation.
• Fluent English plus either fluent Portuguese or fluent French is required.
