Network Security Engineer

Location: Porto, Portugal (hybrid)

What you will do

• Develop and support network security infrastructure for financial services operations.
• Manage and optimize WAF, firewall, load-balancing, and DNS solutions.
• Work with DNS and IPS/IDS technologies to protect infrastructure.
• Apply automation and DevOps practices to security infrastructure.
• Collaborate on innovative technology solutions supporting business operations.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience working with security infrastructure solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of at least one of Fortinet firewalls or Ubika WAF.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, load balancers, WAF, DNS, and IPS/IDS solutions.
• Knowledge of automation and DevOps practices.
• Good level of English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Check Point, Palo Alto, McAfee IPS, Infoblox, F5 LTM, F5 GTM, or F5 APM.
• Knowledge of Ansible or Python.
• French language knowledge.
