Growth Manager (Emails)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania — hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home

Salary: €3,500–€4,500 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience

What you will do

• Own and drive the growth strategy for the email channel across campaigns, automations, and continuous optimization.
• Develop email campaigns that support engagement, retention, revenue, and broader business goals.
• Write conversion-focused copy tailored to audiences, customer journeys, and growth objectives.
• Set up, manage, test, and optimize automated and manual campaigns in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Plan and run A/B tests across messaging, subject lines, calls to action, segmentation, timing, and other variables.
• Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve engagement, conversions, retention, and brand storytelling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or copywriting.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation, email marketing best practices, and customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform, including campaign setup, automation flows, testing, and audience segmentation.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to turn insights into messaging that drives action.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with a proactive, curious, and experimental approach.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English.
