What you will do

• Provide technical implementation and operational support for front-end Quality Management Solutions.
• Develop, test, and sustain high-performance web applications for enterprise manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Implement automation processes and contribute to product hardening.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to solve system challenges and improve business operations.
• Document processes, tools, and solutions to support knowledge sharing.
• Continuously learn about industry trends and technologies relevant to Quality Management solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse global teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational understanding of ITIL frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Strong skills in AI, MCP, agentic flows, VectorDB, MEAN stack development, software engineering, data engineering, and data warehouse concepts.
