What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort and streamline operations.
- Support Continuous Improvement and Governance activities by tracking projects and preparing review meetings.
- Analyze processes and transform raw data into insights that identify efficiency improvements.
- Collect and organize data for the Strategy Assessment Framework and strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain documentation for key processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in process improvement, technology, and business strategy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
- Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management or the ITIL framework.
