What you will do

• Build expertise in business data tables and analytics.
• Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational leaders.
• Own third-party audit, exam, and regulatory reporting with data QA and timeline management.
• Maintain and improve SLA reporting processes.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to enhance data models.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in mortgage servicing or financial institutions.
• Expertise in SQL is required; Python skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Hex or Looker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
