Homologation Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid role in Poznań, Poland; willingness to travel if required.

What you will do

• Carry out vehicle homologation projects under the coordination of the Homologation Team Manager.
• Prepare all documentation required for homologation projects.
• Verify technical documentation provided by vehicle manufacturers.
• Manage required certification tests, mainly in Poland.
• Monitor legal requirements for vehicle certification across relevant client markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a Mechanical or Automotive specialization.
• Native-level Polish and advanced English.
• Strong customer and service orientation with initiative and a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to explain technical requirements to clients.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and international environment.
