Senior DevOps Engineer (Google Cloud)

Location: Remote, must be based in Latin America (LATAM)

What you will do

• Design and operate Google Cloud infrastructure for new frontend and backend services.
• Configure and manage Cloudflare CDN, WAF, DNS, caching, bot protection, DDoS protection, and edge security.
• Define and implement security controls covering IAM, secrets, vulnerability scanning, logging, and alerting.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the Core Web and Core Platform teams.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and support the security of the authentication service.
• Establish monitoring and incident response practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure with security responsibilities.
• Strong Google Cloud experience, including IAM, networking, GKE or Cloud Run, Cloud Armor, and Secret Manager.
• Hands-on Cloudflare experience with CDN, WAF, DNS, rules, bot protection, and DDoS protection.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience implementing least-privilege IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, logging, and alerting.
• Fluent English and residence in Latin America are required.
