Discovery Program - Operations (Electrical Engineering)

Location: Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada. The role requires availability to travel to any hirify.global site in Canada and existing authorization to work in Canada.

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational program with three rotations.
• Develop sales and leadership skills while learning hirify.global product knowledge.
• Rotate through engineering, production, and supply chain departments.
• Complete challenging assignments and deliver business results within the Smart Power division.
• Participate in orientation, professional development, mentoring, and networking with hirify.global leaders.

Requirements

• Completed university studies in electrical or mechanical engineering before the program starts.
• Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• French is required; English is required for regular communication with customers outside Quebec.
• Must already have work authorization in Canada and be available to travel to hirify.global sites across Canada.
