Senior Director Product Management, Agents and Tera (AI)

What you will do

• Define and lead the AI product management strategy across hirify.global’s global product portfolio.
• Shape the roadmap for embedding AI and machine learning into enterprise data, analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Drive AI-powered insights, automation, intelligent applications, and natural-language user experiences.
• Balance innovation with performance, governance, compliance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with engineering, cloud infrastructure, data science, UX, governance, and platform leaders.
• Influence global product direction and engage customers, markets, and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading AI/ML or advanced analytics products.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, foundation models, supervised and unsupervised learning, fine-tuning, inference pipelines, and multimodal AI.
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms, distributed training, inference optimization, GPU or accelerator integration, and workload orchestration.
• Experience defining APIs, SDKs, and developer integrations, plus knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of AI governance and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
