What you will do
- Manage multiple translation, localization, linguistic validation, and eCOA projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate project phases, forecast delivery timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assess client expectations with Senior Project Managers and select appropriate vendors.
- Negotiate deadlines and maintain relationships with contract linguists and proofreaders across multiple locations.
- Monitor project status, budgets, documentation, and financial performance.
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with procedures and SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related field.
- Experience with clinical or pharmaceutical translation and localization projects, particularly linguistic validation and eCOA.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to deliver results within quality and timeline requirements and work under limited direction.
- Strong software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
