Senior Product Owner (Retail)

Location: Onsite in Irving, Texas or Enon, Ohio, United States

Salary: $95,000–$152,500 annual

What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, goals, priorities, and roadmap.
• Own and refine the product backlog, translating business goals, customer feedback, research, and data into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, architecture, data, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product increments.
• Lead discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, competitive research, journey mapping, and solution validation.
• Coordinate releases, resolve ambiguity and dependencies, and communicate scope, timing, risks, and outcomes.
• Use analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, and operational insights to guide product decisions and mentor other product owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in product management, digital products, customer-facing platforms, retail, or enterprise technology.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, customer research, outcome-based roadmapping, and scaled Agile or complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, data products, integrations, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to build relationships across business, technology, and operations teams and communicate clearly with delivery teams and executives.
• Must work onsite in Irving, Texas or Enon, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Product management or Agile certification such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent.
• Experience mentoring product professionals or improving product management practices.
