Associate, Integration & Test Engineer (Defense Tech)

Location: Clifton, New Jersey; additional location listed in Clinton, Maryland. Onsite role. Schedule: 9/80, with every other Friday off.

Salary range: $68,000–$126,000 per year for applicable locations, including New Jersey and the Greater D.C. or NYC areas.

What you will do

• Define and execute manual and automated integration and test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, reports, test flows, and test cases.
• Perform functional testing at system, circuit card assembly, and component levels, documenting results.
• Configure hardware and software systems under test, load software onto multiple devices, and support verification and validation.
• Use scripting and software tools for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Analyze failures and trends, create corrective actions, and support continuous improvement and technical consultation.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or graduated within the past 12 months.
• Ability to perform systems engineering, integration, and functional testing activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software and document verification results.
• Many positions may require a security clearance, which can only be granted to U.S. citizens.
• The role is located in Clifton, New Jersey, with an additional listed location in Clinton, Maryland.
