What you will do

• Lead structural analysis, design, and detailing assignments of increasing complexity across a range of building types.
• Apply appropriate engineering methods, tools, and building codes to develop effective structural solutions.
• Develop and refine construction documents in a BIM environment, including design modifications and quality self-review.
• Coordinate with architects, builders, and engineers from multiple disciplines on technical requirements and design assumptions.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support to interns and entry-level engineers.
• Gain exposure to client interactions, project scopes, services, fee structures, and project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of structural engineering experience with growing proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit.
• Experience contributing to the design of steel, concrete, and timber systems.
• Effective communication and a proactive approach to workload, mentoring, and skill development.
• Initiative to deepen technical expertise and project delivery fundamentals.
