Associate Director, Planning & Scheduling (Life Sciences)

Location: San Francisco, CA or Sacramento, CA, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $168,000–$200,000 USD per year, depending on experience, education, and skillset.

What you will do

• Act as a key account manager for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients.
• Develop new business and expand repeat-project relationships with existing clients.
• Oversee strategic client projects and deliver scheduling commitments within contract performance measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop experienced teams while maintaining high-quality client delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors; data center or mission-critical experience is also considered.
• Experience owning master project schedules from cradle to grave.
• Hands-on experience with P6 and Power BI.
• Strong operational management, client communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying; chartered status and RICS membership are preferred.
