IAM Information Systems Engineer 2 (SailPoint)

hirify.global is hiring an IAM engineering professional to support business application migration and access governance through SailPoint IGA.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain PowerShell, Python, and SQL pipelines that extract, clean, transform, and package application account and entitlement data.
• Format integration payloads for SCIM, REST API, and JDBC ingestion into SailPoint.
• Partner with application teams to resolve data-quality issues, standardize User IDs, and achieve Workday WID account correlation.
• Build RBAC and ABAC role models that replace unmanaged static entitlements with structured role bundles.
• Automate administrative workflows using REST API integrations, PowerShell and Python scripts, and RPA bots.
• Advise Application Owners on SOX, SOC, Segregation of Duties, and audit-evidence requirements while managing multiple integration tracks.

Requirements

• Experience in IAM engineering, payload integration, or directory automation.
• Advanced PowerShell, Python, SQL, REST/SCIM APIs, and RPA skills.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ or ISC, Active Directory or Entra ID, and ITSM frameworks.
• Ability to independently own application onboarding from discovery through production validation.
• Ability to manage 3–5 application onboarding streams, scripting work, and operational escalations concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder partnership and influence skills when working with non-technical Application Owners.
