TL;DR
Software Engineer - IAM (Identity and Access Management) (Okta, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Rust): Building and operating identity and access management services and automated workflows with an accent on infrastructure as code, SaaS configuration, and developer experience. Focus on extending IAM platforms with Rust services, automating access requests, and evolving Prima’s core identity and access model with Security and People teams.
Location: Remote, associated with London, United Kingdom. Work from anywhere is available for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do
- Manage IAM SaaS platforms such as Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust using Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop and operate custom Rust services that extend and automate IAM functionality.
- Create automated access-request workflows, internal procedures, documentation, and user-facing SaaS configurations.
- Maintain IaC, software libraries, abstractions, and documentation for engineering teams adopting IAM solutions.
- Collaborate with Security and People teams to evolve the core identity and access model.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Software Engineer focused on IAM solutions.
- Experience with Okta or other IAM SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools and IaC frameworks such as Pulumi.
- Proficiency in software development, ideally with Rust and Python.
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
