Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Reynosa, Mexico; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Ensure production complies with plant quality management and safety requirements, reporting non-conformances.
• Supervise in-line and final-process quality auditors and verify testing, measurements, and control-chart completion.
• Track quality metrics, First Pass Yield, and Process PPMs, providing monthly updates to the quality team.
• Conduct manufacturing-process and work-instruction audits while supporting defect, scrap, and rework reduction.
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, process control plans, process flow diagrams, and plant documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, cost reduction, document control, and employee training activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Minitab, Statistical Process Control, X̄-R charts, process capability analysis, control limits, PFMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
• English proficiency is required.
• Ability to work onsite in Reynosa, Mexico.
