What you will do

• Present news stories and other content across broadcast, website, social media, and digital platforms.
• Write, edit, research, and deliver clear and concise news stories.
• Produce newscasts and coordinate newsroom direction with team members.
• Report from the field, conduct interviews, and respond to breaking news.
• Edit video clips, interact with viewers, and participate in promotional appearances.
• Maintain journalistic integrity and production quality across all news content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to ad lib.
• At least five years of experience in news reporting or anchoring, depending on market size.
• Strong on-air presence, news judgment, and knowledge of local and national current events.
• Experience guiding, directing, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and flexibility to work any shift.
