What you will do

• Identify and execute cross-sales across an existing Business Banking treasury management portfolio.
• Compile data, complete relationship reviews, and prepare pro-forma pricing analyses for Treasury Management Sales Advisors.
• Handle client sales needs through telephone sales and individual or joint calls with advisors and relationship partners.
• Manage an assigned portion of an advisor’s portfolio, including risk-related and pricing activities.
• Contribute to team revenue goals by identifying sales opportunities and independently managing workflow.
• Complete special projects accurately and by the required deadlines.

Requirements

• At least three years of banking experience focused on treasury management or cash management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or four or more years of banking and/or treasury management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight and manage role expectations.
• Ability to perform direct telephone sales and collaborate with sales advisors and relationship partners.
• Workplace Type: Office in Birmingham, Alabama.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of treasury management experience.
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
