Manager of Global Strategic Finance (PropTech)

What you will do

• Execute annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts across business units and regions.
• Coordinate planning submissions, validate assumptions, consolidate forecasts, and manage planning timelines.
• Support P&L consolidation, intercompany eliminations, financial close activities, and GAAP and management reporting.
• Build financial dashboards, KPI trackers, variance analyses, and management reporting materials.
• Monitor debt covenants, cash position, liquidity metrics, and related risk indicators.
• Improve planning systems and processes through automation, AI-assisted tools, data governance, and collaboration with IT and Finance Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of finance experience covering budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
• Experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, scenario planning, advanced Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with regional finance teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders while managing competing deadlines.
• Comfort using LLM tools and AI-assisted applications to improve forecasting, automate processes, and enhance data quality.

Nice to have

• Global or multi-entity finance experience.
• Experience with EPM tools such as Adaptive Insights, Vena, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• MBA or CPA qualification.
• PE-backed or growth-stage SaaS experience.
