MRI Technologist

Location: On-site at 118 Arsenal Yards Blvd, Watertown, Massachusetts, United States; applicants must live within a 45-minute commuting distance.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Operate MRI scanners, maintain patient safety, and perform high-quality hirify.global scans according to current protocols.
• Prepare scan rooms, clean equipment, and order supplies.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report them to the appropriate department.
• Use PACS and other software systems, including transferring and post-processing images.
• Perform advanced MR studies independently and assess image quality.
• Train new technologists on safety, room preparation, communication, image acquisition, time management, and post-processing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical work experience and completion of an accredited MRI or radiologic technology program.
• ARMRIT, ARRT (MR), or equivalent licensing, depending on the role location.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong knowledge of MRI imaging, patient safety, advanced MR studies, and MRI equipment operation.
• Ability to explain medical procedures clearly, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.
