Registered Nurse Neurosciences Intermediate Full Time Nights $3000 Sign-on Bonus

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States. Full-time night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with rotating weekends.

Salary: $34.50–$55.20 per hour. Sign-on bonus: $3,000.

What you will do

• Provide nursing care to acutely ill patients through assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Care for patients with neurological and spinal disorders in a 24-bed neurosciences intermediate unit.
• Support patients with traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, stroke, spinal injury, seizures, and central nervous system infections.
• Provide care for neurosurgical patients, including aneurysm repairs, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, lumbar drains, and postoperative cases.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing accepted with a commitment to complete a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
