Proposal Process Manager (Space)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from RFI/RFP intake and kickoff through writing, reviews, production, submission, and post-submission debriefs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business Development, Engineering, Contracts, Program Management, Cost and Pricing, and Operations.
• Create response schedules, assign tasks, track milestones, and deliver compliant proposals on time.
• Coordinate legal, contract, and compliance reviews while maintaining proposal status and archives.
• Maintain proposal content libraries, templates, boilerplate language, and past-performance references.
• Optimize proposal automation, content management, version control, submission tools, and CRM data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• At least three years of experience in proposal process management or program management.
• Experience using CRM tools to track opportunities, proposal processes, and bookings forecasts.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information under ITAR requirements.
