Salesforce Technical Architect (AI and Agentforce)

Location: Remote - Colombia. Travel up to 25% may be required for customer projects and company events.

What you will do

• Lead technical solution design for Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, automations, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, real-time activation, grounding, retrievers, and search indexes.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems and guide projects from design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, architects, developers, designers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and development standards for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Agentforce.
• Define agent testing, evaluation, guardrails, and Einstein Trust Layer approaches while contributing to reusable delivery assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of application and software development experience, including 4+ years working with Salesforce in development or technical architecture roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components or Visualforce, Agentforce agents, workflows, automations, Data 360, and REST API integrations.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, source control, branching and pull request strategies, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to developers, customers, and executives; a valid passport must be maintained while employed.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI, generative AI, Agentforce Agent Script, RAG, unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, and identity resolution.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Application or System Architect, or Claude Certified Architect.
• Consulting or professional services delivery experience and experience leading technical workstreams.
• Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds, Enhanced Chat, Omni-Channel, Amazon Connect, AWS, GCP, AWS Lambda, Claude Code, or similar AI coding agents.
