Technical Product Expert - US Public Sector (Cloud Security)

Location: Remote within the USA; candidates must be U.S. persons residing in the contiguous United States

Salary: $163,000–$223,000 USD base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Wiz’s FedRAMP and DoD IL4/5 government offerings.
• Translate federal compliance requirements into product requirements, technical solutions, and customer outcomes.
• Engage with federal customers, agencies, and mission owners to capture requirements and manage expectations.
• Lead prioritization and design of features supporting U.S. Public Sector compliance and security.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Compliance, DevOps, Engineering, and go-to-market teams on the Wiz4Gov roadmap and System Change Request scoping.
• Manage government-specific product workflows, SKUs, licenses, feature authorization, and FedRAMP listing reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with cloud-native services and cloud security best practices.
• Proficiency with microservices, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code such as Terraform, configuration management, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of NIST 800-53, DoD Cloud Computing SRG, DISA STIGs, FIPS, and encryption methodologies.
• Ability to translate federal compliance requirements into technical solutions and outcomes for customers.
• Must meet the U.S. person definition under EAR and ITAR requirements and reside in the contiguous United States; legal authorization to work in the United States is required without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or higher security clearance.
• Active security clearance.
