Senior Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Location: Remote, Argentina

Salary: USD 1,200–1,700 per month

What you will do

• Manage personal injury cases and maintain regular communication with clients about treatment, settlements, case status, and legal proceedings.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding coverage, demands, offers, counteroffers, subrogation waivers, and settlement negotiations under attorney supervision.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, offers, expenses, medical information, liens, negotiations, and resolutions in Litify.
• Review settlement offers and surgical cases, conduct weekly case audits, and draft or file lawsuits and dismissals when applicable.
• Coordinate with medical providers to obtain estimates, liens, balances, and settlement approvals.
• Manage an average caseload of 80–120 personal injury cases and meet monthly treatment and settlement performance requirements.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Expert knowledge of the complete bodily injury claims process and prior personal injury or case-management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, written communication, interpersonal, and client-service skills.
• Proficiency in Litify and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to work for extended periods at a computer.
• Must attend occasional in-person training, including possible weekend sessions, with 30 days’ notice.
